What is the best prepaid cell phone with camera and text/picture messeging? for low price.

I've had good results with Net10. While their customer service is a joke, at best (99% of their CS reps speak Spanish as their native language, and their command of English isn't great), their actual phone service is quite good. As it's name suggests, standard calls are $.10/minute, text messages are $.05 each and multimedia messages are $.25 each. They have two camera phones available: the LG CG225 and the Motorola W375 (which I have).
