Leaked: Huawei Honor concept phone launching today has no camera, speaker

The Europe release is very important because depending on how well the Mate 9 is received, Huawei might decide to release the gadget in the US market as well.

The Huawei Enjoy 6s is an upgrade over the Huawei Enjoy 6, which was unveiled in October this year at CNY 1,299 (around Rs. 13,000). Following the popularity of the Xiaomi's Mi Mix concept phone, Huawei will soon join the league. Functionality will be customized through the said attachments, including the speaker and camera, which will not be part of the base device. Rumor has it Honor Magic is just a concept phone, just like the Xiaomi Mi Mix, which would mean that the Chinese company won't make it available in large quantities. Modular phones have been quite expensive, but the new Huawei Honor may finally introduce a set that people can actually afford. Customers usually prefer bigger displays because they use the devices to stream TV shows, browse the web or just watch high quality videos and Huawei's Mate 9 performs very well in all of those aspects. Since the company previously announced their new graphene-assisted batteries, the new Huawei Honor may showcase the new battery. Enjoy 6s is being launched in partnership with China mobile, according to a GizmoChina report. Huawei's Honor Magic might be a similar concept phone, but we will hold our horse till the final design appears. The phone has a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 401 pixels per inch.

The inclusions and attachments in the base device of the upcoming Huawei Honor are still unknown.

Honor has already confirmed it will unveil a mind-blowing smartphone with an edge-to-edge design on December 16. Honor's event is scheduled for the end of next week, so more details could be available leading up to the event.
